subway: wrap
so the verdict is in: it ain’t bad, but it’s exactly what you thought. it’s a bit too small, you pay too much for it and you can make it at home. The only notable thing about it is the low carb tortilla it’s made with. Verdict is: make it at home and save the money, I know I will.

Hey, does this mean that you are going to try the atkins diet? How many carbs does the wrap have and what is in it? Laters

It looks like a make at home idea… Although burgers and sandwiches are something you can make at home too… =p
We need a recipe thread!

not sure if I’m gonna do the atkins or not… just thought I would give the concept of low carb a whirl…

Hey, the South Beach Diet may be more up your ally..I read about it just a little and it sounds good. You never did say how many carbs are in the wrap or what it had in it…laters

it’s like 9 and 11 what they call net carbs. they subtract diety fiber carbs.
sounds like I am walking into a trap, but what is the south beach diet?

no trap!!!It is just a different diet that counts carbs but is not as strict as the adkins diet. It allows more carbs to be incorporated in your diet. I went on the website to check it out but as soon as it said no alcohol for the first 2 weeks — well it kinda lost my attention. There is a book out on it but several of the websites tell you about the concepts and phases. Sounds like something you may be more able to stick with since you like your bread and all. Laters..go check it out and read on it..you may like it.
